The Executive Health Investment
What is Executive Health?
Executive Health at NEOMO is designed for professionals who take their health as seriously as their careers. Our physician-led program provides a comprehensive evaluation of your current health, identifying early risks and opportunities for improvement before illness develops.
Through advanced medical assessments and personalized guidance from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare experts, we create a clear roadmap to help you optimize your health, resilience, and long-term performance.
The Four Pillars of Executive Health
Our Executive Health assessment is intentionally designed around four foundational pillars of health, providing a clear, comprehensive view of where you are today, and where you have the greatest opportunity to influence your future health.
Nutrition
Evaluation of nutritional habits and metabolic health to support energy, prevention, and sustainable performance.
Mental Wellbeing
Insight into stress, resilience, and cognitive health—essential components of longevity and high level performance.
Clinical Health
A thorough medical review focused on early risk identification and underlying patterns and not just isolated findings.
Physical Capacity
Assessment of strength, movement, and cardiovascular function as key indicators of resilience, function, and long term health.

Your Executive Health experience includes up to 10 coordinated clinical stations, each led by specialists who take the time to listen, explain, and answer your questions. The day begins with an extensive medical history and physical examination, forming the foundation for everything that follows. From there, you move through a carefully structured series of assessments—each contributing meaningful insight into your overall health picture.
This is Northern Ontario’s physician led Executive Health evaluation, completed in just one day at our clinic. By coordinating all assessments in a single location, we eliminate the need for multiple appointments across different sites—respecting your time while delivering depth and rigor.
To support comfort and sustained energy throughout your visit, a light, nutritious breakfast or lunch is provided—allowing you to remain focused, engaged, and present throughout the day.
-
The goal of the day is not just assessment—it is direction.
Working alongside subject matter experts, you will begin developing a customized, evidence based plan designed to help you shift your health trajectory. The focus is practical and achievable, grounded in science and aligned with your life, your work, and your goals.
-
By the end of your Executive Health examination, you leave with more than test results—you leave with clarity, direction, and a plan you can act on.
You will leave with:
➜ A clear snapshot of your current health status

We may discuss and consider select genetics-related testing in appropriate contexts, but we do not take a routine screening-style approach to broad genetic testing. Current evidence and specialist guidance indicate that broad screening can be misleading and may not improve outcomes.
Our approach is evidence-based, not fear-based. This includes careful consideration of emerging tools such as MCED (multi-cancer early detection) testing and liquid biopsy, where appropriate.
Genetic testing is offered through patient-centered discussion and shared decision-making, ensuring each recommendation is grounded in clinical value and individual context.
Your health is our priority — let’s stay ahead of it together
